Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. Can you fix it?

If your order has already shipped, we cannot intercept, replace, or refund parcels delivered to an incorrect address.
We are not liable for addresses entered incorrectly at checkout.

Do not open the incorrect item, we will send you a prepaid return satchel and ship the correct product.

While change-of-mind returns are not required under Australian Consumer Law, we may offer a store credit or exchange if the product is unopened and in saleable condition.
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Q: Can I make changes once my order is placed?
Yes, only if your order has not yet been packed or shipped.
Once a tracking number has been issued, no further changes can be made.
