All orders are lovingly packed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busier seasons, such as product launches, community promotions or storewide sales, processing may take up to 7–10 business days due to higher demand and the time we take to prepare each order with accuracy and care.

📦 Damaged or Lost Parcels
Your experience matters deeply to us. If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with:

🛒 Combining Orders
If you’d like to add items to an order that hasn’t yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible.
We are happy to combine orders, send an updated invoice, or assist however we can, provided the original order has not been dispatched.
